I was brought up in the deep southern part of Tamil Nadu in the same vicinity as I completed till MBA, it’s been since childhood observation and questions, only a handful of them getting the spotlight why?

Fortunately, I got chances to roam around some countries. I have learned something. Between the UK to Ireland visa processing time, worked as an industrial relations director and assistant professor while having a chance to go back to the drawing board about the same question this time I was standing in my students' shoes I realized they were in my old version’s place. As a public speaker, I have given some speeches in the same surroundings and given some awareness, couldn’t continue the journey so went to Ireland as a speaker and continued the learning processes with a disturbed mind about students. So started small research?

End of the metacognition (thinking about thinking) I found this course for them, I count on them it gives further progress and escalates their confidence in career life.
